If you are familuar with VB then you know how easy it is to add an OCX addin. With NSS WallPaper when you add in the OCX you will see a new button to select from in your toolbox. Just click on this to add it to your form. Select the default picture and then add one line of code to your form load event. And you now have a background in your VB program just like you see on the internet.
In fact if you create data entry forms for the internet you can use this add-in to give those forms a background as well.
If you want to give your end users the ability to change the background on your programs just add one more line of code. So you could design a program that allowed each individual user to select their own background !!
